	Welcome Discovery tour / Environment We greet the expatriate and his family upon their arrival. A discovery tour is proposed to help familiarize them with their new environment. We provide information about daily life, to compare and chose from, according to needs and budget (children, accessibility, local facilities, cultural and sports activities, accommodation)
	Assist Home search services / settling in program After analysis of the answers to a questionnaire, and based on the criteria validated by the company, we measure the feasibility of the assignment and ensure a targeted research. We can provide a selection of housing which perfectly meets the needs. We report regularly until our mission is finished. We coordinate and manage all formalities (accommodation, complete rental procedures, water and electric utilities contracts, internet, household and car insurance)
	Organize Administrative and immigration formalities / Schools / Moving in services We are you only contact for administrative and immigration formalities: work or resident permit, social security, driver’s license and vehicle registration We collect information about schools, cultural and sports activities. We can take care of registration. We provide, with selected partners, all services the employee needs from his arrival : presence during the move, home services : cleaning lady, child minder, opening of a bank account, purchase or rent of car, purchase of furniture. We carry out the formal procedures related to the departure (canceling lease contract, outgoing inventory).
	Support Integration / Help Line We accompany the expatriate and his family for as long as it takes to help them settle, under the best possible conditions. We can plan or find: cross cultural training, half day shopping or « daily life discovery », tourist or cultural visits, languages lessons, workshops (cooking, decoration, arts …), coaching. A help line (phone, email) is available for a few months to assist the family in solving everyday problems.
