Disparity of the evolutions of rents between Paris and the Paris area

In Paris, the rents are in light decline while in Paris area, they are stable or in light increase.

After several months of strong increases (+ 6,7 % in the last twelve months), the rents slow down in Paris. In three months, they lost 0,5 % to become established on average in 28,56 euro per m². This movement is not homogeneous in Paris because the tenants of the 1st undergo an increase of 7,3 % since December when those of the 20th see the price of the m² coming down to 22,50 euro (-3,3 %).

The rents progress still slightly in the majority of the departments of “Ile-de-France”.
